Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for digital products and programs purchased on this Site. If anything is unclear, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
Digital products & programs
Our programs and downloads (such as the cookbook and the Metabolic Reset Program) are digital and delivered immediately. If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right — in most cases a full refund, no complicated hoops.
Pre-orders
Where a program is offered as a pre-order before it launches, your pre-order is fully refundable at any time until launch, no questions asked.
Memberships
Club memberships include a free trial — you won’t be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. After billing begins you can cancel whenever you like from your dashboard; your access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that begins immediately, this right may end once you start accessing it and have agreed to that — this is confirmed at checkout.
How to request a refund
Use our support form (choose “Refund request”) or email hello@hanakahleova.com with the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
